On-line orders:
UK Farm Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your order, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will not be taken in full until the date of dispatch. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

Acceptance of your order:
Shortly after you have placed an order with us via our on-line shopping cart, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from UK Farm Signs (Wootton Industries Limited).

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and UK Farm Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Except for goods that are made to your specifications (bespoke orders), we do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for dispatch or on delivery. Specially ordered goods or bespoke builds will be charged on receipt by us of your order.

Non-acceptance of an order by UK Farm Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being out of stock - see Availability of Goods 
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions

Pricing Information:
All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling, some items are inclusive of vat and some items are exclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your on-line orders using Visa, Master Card, American Express, Delta, Switch or Solo cards. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. We will not take any payment until we've made sure that all the goods submitted to us in your shopping basket have been processed.

Please note that UK Farm Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) does not accept cash or cheque's as payment online.

Can I cancel my order?
If you order over the phone or on-line you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of 'Made to Order' goods - i.e.: bespoke orders). Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

To cancel an order please call UK Farm Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) on +44 (0)1709 769420 to arrange for the goods to be returned subject to our Returns Policy.

Delivery Information?
The contents of your order and the weight of your order will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. This means items in your order may arrive at different times. Delivery will be between 7.30am and 6pm, however we are unable to confirm a time.

How do I return an item I ordered online?
As long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and returned within seven working days of receipt, you can return it by post using the address on our contact page. Please ensure that the goods are sent by registered post or carrier and ensure that the goods must be signed for by UK Farm Signs (Wootton Industries Limited). See our refund policy for full details. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

Should you return goods to UK Farm Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) or one of our suppliers and you have not sent the goods by registered post we will not accept responsibility for items getting lost in the post.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.

Returns of non-defective items may, at UK Farm Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) sole discretion, be accepted for return. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE. We also will not refund any carriage that was charged at the time of the order.

Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.

The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:

Products which are improperly packaged

• Incomplete products (unless returned for repair as may only require faulty product - please check with Customer Service)
• DAMAGES: Cracked items, dents, scratches, defacement, fair wear and tear or wilful damage.

How do I get a refund once I have returned an item?
Please allow us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods via registered post. The refund will be credited to the payment card account that it was originally debited from.
